Robert Russell was born in Scotland April 12, 1877. He immigrated with his parents to the USA in 1881. In 1900 he married Nettie Jane Kelley daughter of William M and Martha Lewis Kelley in Tucker county WVa. Shortly after they moved to Washington county and Robert was a mine foreman. Robert registered for the WW1 draft in Greene county and then showed in the 1920 Greene census as a salesman. Does anyone have any knowledge of the Russell family?
