She was first married to John Allen bc 1802 PA d 1852 in Wetzel Co.,WV. She married William J. Coen 12 Dec 1863. Info I have on Rebecca was given to me by Linda Goddard Stout, former editor of the Tri-County researcher. I do not connect to the Goddard line. I connect to William J. Coen's brother, Peter.
