Believed to be brothr and sister. Frances married James Dougherty of DE and was living in Green Twp in 1810. They all,including Jospeh went to Wayne Co.,IN around 1816. Does anyone have Joseph or Frances Jane in their Shank/s line? or has anyone found the marriage of James and Frances Jane in PA?
