Moore b 13 Oct 1804 in Greene Co PA married Barbara Pethtel (1804)of Greene Co (father Henry Pethtel). Children of John and Barbara: Christina, Henry, Sarah A (my gggrandmother) Armstrong, and Maria/Mariah. Lived in District 54 Wetzel VA (now WVA)at 1850 census. Moved to McDonough Co, IL in 1857.
