T. H. Pauley, the veteran editor of the Waynesburg Messenger, will be a candidate for Surveyor-General. We know Mr. Pauley well. He is a vigorous writer, a truly honest man, and faithful to principle in all things. The Democracy of Greene County are as gallant a band as can be found in the State and in W. T. H.
