June Sessions 1835 No 9 John Allison & Thomas Hughes Sent in the sum of three hundred Dollars jointly & severally to the Commonwealth on condition that the said John Allsion be and appear at the next Court of Quarter Sessions to be holden at Waynesburg on the third Monday of September then and there to answer to a certain Bill of indictment found against him for assault & Battery and not depart the Court without leave and in the mean time to keep the peace towards all good citizens of this Commonwealth there this recognizance to be void otherwise to be & remain in full force and virtue Taken & acKnowledged in open court June 9th 1835 coram Enos Hook Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
