    3. http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/component/main There are TWO NARA rules listed there. If you get a search page, type in NARA. I filled out comments on both rules (same comments). Point out that most records are under 75 pages.... and that NARA does make mistakes with no refunds, even when given detailed info on requests. I proposed a tier system.... 1-75 pages, 1 to 150 pages and 1 to 151+ so the fees are fairer for all. In the meantime, request FORMS here http://www.archives.gov/contact/inquire-form.html#part-b if you need to get records.
