I have some information in a Kilham-Killam family book. My grandmother was Ina Killam. What I have for Phineas Kilham is he was married to Thankful Hill. She was a descendant of Captain Myles Standish of the Mayflower company. No other information on her. They had a daughter, Sarah, born May 1, 1742 and died June 7,1843 at age 101. She maried Joseph Parks in 1761 and Moses Porter in 1767. I don't know if you have this information. Austin Kilaham and his wife Alice and their family sailed from Yarmouth, Norfolk Co. England in May 1637, and arrived in Salem the same summer. A little later they were at Dedham and chelmsford, but in 1638 they finally settled at Wenham,Massachusetts where they both died in 1667. Austin on June 5 and his wife on July 1. Austin is supposed to have come from the West Riding of Yorkshire, where the Parish of Kilham still stands and it is said that there the Kilham family has been since the time of William the Conquorer.
