Francis M. Buckingham, 64 years, died Monday, Dec. 3, 1951, in his home at Casa Grande, Arizona, following a week's illness. He was a son of Charles Everett and the late Eva L. Buckingham, and was born at Wind Ridge, Greene Co., September 15, 1887. He attended Valparaiso University two years, and also Carnegie Institute of Technology. Mr. Buckingham was united in marriage with Lucy Dawes of Denver in 1920. He has served as an air service mechanic overseas in World War l, and was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Buckingham had resided in California and Phoenix, Arizona, moving to Casa Grande five years ago. He had engaged in the pumping business. He is survived by his wife, and his son, Francis M. Buckingham, Jr.; both of Casa Grande; his father, Charles Everett Buckingham, and a brother, Roy Buckingham, both of Washington. PS He is in my tree..LNPM Laura N.
