Lucille Renner Garner, 74, of 72 South West Street, Waynesburg, died Saturday, March 15, 1986, in Greene County Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 29, 1911, in Fairmont, W. Va., a daughter of the late Henry and Nora Renner. She lived most of her life in Waynesburg. She was a graduate of Waynesburg College and had taught many years in the Jefferson-Morgan School District. She was a member of the First Methodist Church. She also was a member of the Jefferson-Morgan Teachers' Association, the National Education Association and the Pennsylvania State Education Association. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Bears of Punxsutawney: and a brother, Luther Renner of Waynesburg RD 1. A sister, Margaret Renner, is deceased.
