Phinehas Brown (1756-1842) received a pension for service as private and sergeant in the Massachusetts troops. He was born in Sandisfield, Mass.; died in Royaltown Township, Ohio. Thomas Young (1745-1824) served as private in Capt. John Alexander's company, Col. William Irving's 7th regiment, Pennsylvania troops. He was born in Maryland; died in Greene County, Pa.
