Roupe, 48, of Pine Bank, R D 2, was dead on arrival at Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg, at 9:45 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 1963 of a heart attack. Mr. Roupe was born February 8, 1915 at Fairview, WVa. a son of Drusie Bane Roupe of Wana, WVa. and the late Minor Roupe. A mechanic, he was a veteran of World War II. His first wife Stella John Roupe, died September 4, 1960. His second wife Marie Green Roupe survives. Also surviving are the following children by his first wife; Donald of West Waynesburg, George of Sycamore, Dorothy, wife of Harry Eddy of Core, WVa. and Mary, Margaret, Minor, Willis, Stanley, Linda, Anna May and Leonard Jr., all at home; six grandchildren; two brothers, Carl Roupe of Akron, Oh. and James Roupe of Booth, WVa., three sisters, Mrs. Willis Hizenbaugh of Bentlyville, Mrs. Paul Rush of Cleveland, Oh. and Mrs. Clarence Rogers of Wana, WVa.
