    3. Hi Sandi, Eldersville is in Washington County, so you might want to post your query on the Washington County mail list. I think the full name of the cemetery in Eldersville is Bethel Ridge (not to be confused with Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery in Prosperity). Good luck. ----- Original Message ----- From: R4fathers@cs.com To: PAGREENE@rootsweb.com Sent: Monday, May 04, 2009 7:23 AM Subject: [PAGRE] Help: Stephen Clare & Olive ANTILL CUNNINGHAM Hi, Can someone please help find any information on Olive (Ollie) ANTILL CUNNINGHAM/Cuningham? A Find-a-grave posting says she is buried in Bethel Cemetery in Eldersville, PA., "Wife of Clare Cunningham" (1902-1919), no source listed and no picture of stone. 3. At 09:12 AM 5/3/2009, you wrote: On my wonderful CD of obits from the Waynesburg Republican I found a Willis I can't identify. Hi, Serena, Looks like he might have been a son of William and Priscilla Willis of Rices Landing. Didn't find them in 1900, but did find them in 1880 with sons William 17 and Franklin 3 or 5. Earlier in 1860, they had a dau. named Mary. She may have married a Flenniken because William (age 17 in 1880) appears to be living in a Flenniken/Fleniken household in 1920. So, I would guess that this "Leslie" was actually a Leslie Franklin Willis or Franklin Leslie Willis. Ah, finally found part of this family in 1900. Priscilla age 56 is in Cumberland, Greene with dau. Aletha 19 b. Jul 1880. Priscilla is listed as b. Aug 1843, as married 41 years, 4 children, all living. Wm. D. is on the next census page living alone apparently working as a gardener for a Young family and likely living on their land. He also says he has been married 41 years. Still no Leslie or Franklin in 1900. Best regards, Jane

    3. Hi Serena, I checked the cemetery CDs and came up with these: Leslie F. Willis is buried in Section 3 of Hewitt Cemetery in Rices Landing. His monument reads: Leslie F. Willis Died Jan 9, 1901, aged 29 yrs, 8(?) mos, 7ds. On another side of the monument is written "Priscilla Willis" without any dates. That's all for Willis in Section 3, but in Section 1 are: - Richard Willis, stone mostly unreadable, died 187_, aged 83 yrs, 5 das - Mary Willis, stone unreadable. I think it says she was the wife of Richard. - double stone: William D. Willis, May 25, 1836-Aug 18, 1894; Richard Willis, Aug 10, 1834-July 31,1905 - triple stone: Willis - E. Jane 1861-1939, Isaac N 1850-1930, George D 1892-1908 - Ralph F. Willis, Apr 10, 1938 - Oct 10, 1972 - Daughter Doris O. Willis 1932-1935 - Mother Helen Titus Willis 1907-1973 - Father Herschel C. Willis 1900-1967 In Smith Cemetery, Morgan Twp: Willis: Joe N. 1900-1993, Lucy C., 1903-1993 Hope this helps solve your mystery.
