Sounds like you have been barred as well. Do a test. Meantime, here is another list for PA people that have been barred from there. This group is very nice. The list manager is Nate Zipfal, a retired Marine and a friend of mine. When he found out about me being barred from the PENNSYLVANIA List he personally invited me to join his list.
