Hi, I live in Scotland. I'm searching for my father Gale or Gayle Robinson. Born circa 1915, He was raised in an orphanage somewhere in Pennsylvania. He became a miner then enlisted. Unfortunately I do not know his home town or country. Is there a special census which covered the orphanages in Pennsylvania during the 1920/1930 censuses which might help me.
