This is a plea for help from any kind soul willing to take pity on me: I have been search for a family from Philadelphia for some time now. I am looking for any records for Angelo AGNELLO and Laura AGNELLO (Dadderio). I know that they were married around 1930 (+ or - 5yrs) because their first child, George Agnello was born in 1933. Their second child, Edward Agnella (end of name changed somehow), was born in 1939. I have his birth cert. Angelo is listed as being 25 in 1939 so I figured he was born in 1914 but I tried to order a birth cert. and I got someone elses back in the mail. I know that in 1939, they were living at 1725 N. 8th Street in Philadelphia. I also know that her son George (who no one speaks to) is still living in Philadelphia on Rhawn street but I can't find a phone listing and don't know the exact address to write him. Angello and Laura divorced and he died quite young around the 1940''s or 50's. I can find no record of his death in SSdeath index. (Is everything not recorded?) Laura died in 1971 in August (I think) but someone searched the Inquirer for me and came up with nothing. At the time of her death she had remarried a Peter Rumbas so I have been looking for her death under Laura Rumbas. Both Peter and Laura are buried in Upper Darby but I don't know which cemetery. I know that it has separate sections for heritage but that's it. I have checked for all of the above mentioned in the SS death index (no luck), the LDS family search site (no luck), and all of the basic genealogy sites (rootsweb, ancestry, genealogy.com, etc.. (no luck) :( I have also had people help me out with census searches and no one could find any Agnello with a son named Angelo. My only hope is that when the 1930 for Pa is done, I can find a family with a son named Angelo. If any one can help me by looking in directories, censuses, or anything I may not have access to that might help, I would greatly appreciate it. My hopes for finding these two is dwindling. thank you very much. Laura Agnella
