Hi Is there any one out there can help me. I can'tfind the maiden name of my grand-mother, she entered US from England in 1881 and all I know is detailed in US census 1900 seriesT623 Roll 163 Page 148. My grand-father Edgar Crowe also apparently with her but I have no record of marriage. Census says both arrived in US in 1881and No of years in US at census time is 19 years.As a family they had 4 children one of which died. I have no details on that death.It seems clear that a marriage must have taken place because census says that no: of years of present marriage was 17.Did Edgar and Mary B - marry in those 2 years?They lived in Philadelphia, possibly all of the 19 years. My grand-mother returned to England,as a widow in 1901/02 but I have no details of death of Edgar. It is my grand-mother's maiden name that I so much need, I can't trace it here in England, Please help any one, Kind regards, Dennis J Crowe.
