Does anyone know about a James Humphreys in Philadelphia during the years of 1771 - 1787? He was a printer and issued the Pennsylvania Ledger newspaper. Had to move to Nova Scotia because of his political views of his paper. Returned years later to New York City. Would appreciate any information about this man and his family. Beth........
