    1. Re: New TV show in England called "Grave Detectives"
    2. I thought this would be interesting for someone looking for family in England. Who knows where it could lead? Grave Detectives Walk through any municipal cemetery in any town or city. You probably don't give it a second thought, but you are walking through history. You pause at a rather tired, lichen covered memorial and try to make out the inscription. You try to imagine whom this person was, what did he or she do? Why did they die? Who did they marry? These inscriptions only tell you the essentials. But if you bothered to undertake just a little bit of detective work... Grave Detectives is a pilot show for HTV West in which Broadcaster Chris Serle, teams up with Criminologist Professor David Wilson to do just that... They have just one day to discover as much as they can about a person buried in a municipal or church cemetery, as they trace his or her life from Grave to Cradle. The story will be about someone whose past wasn't exactly that of a pillar of the community. It will be about murder, intrigue and possibly the occult. It is planned that if successful, "Grave Detectives" will be made into a series in 2003. Grave Detectives - 1 x 25 mins for HTV West Producer/Director - Kate Jones-Davies. Commissioning Executive - Jane McCloskey.
