I hope that someone can help me; I have a very elusive ancestor whose date of death I am searching; all my efforts online have not produced results. The email for a researcher listed on the Dauphin County webpage is invalid and her website is no longer available. I am in desperate need of someone living in/near Dauphin County who would be willing to look for a death record between 1900-1910. Here is what I have found so far: Benjamin F. STONER (b. July 1848 PA) appears on 1900 census in Lykens Borough, Dauphin Co., PA with his wife Ella and three children, Frank, Izora and Merrill. In 1910, Ella is listed as a widow. I have tried to determine where he is buried without success as he doesn't seem to be buried in Dauphin County or Lancaster County (he was born in Lancaster). The Vital Stats page for PA indicates two options for ordering a death cert but I don't know his exact date of death. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
