I have just joined your List, in hope of finding information for obtaining a birth record for my Great Grandmother - CHARLOTTE RUMBAUGH born 1846 Pa. - Father SOLOMON RUMBAUGH. I have a number of records showing Charlotte was born in 1846 in PA, but not the County. I have seen one spelling as Sharlotte. My query is, who would hold the information on Birth Records of that year. Or any suggestions, I would appreciate.
