I am searching for any information regarding Benjamin Page and his wife Mary. I only know that they were in Deerfield, Rockingham, New Hampshire from 1770 to 1779. Known children all born in Deerfield: Jonathan b. 16 Jun 1770, Susanna b. 19 Nov 1772, Benjamin b. 9 Jun 1776, and Asa b. 15 Jan 1779. Any information at all will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Eileen Page Coyle
They were probably descended from the John Page of Haverhill, which was a common given name in that Page Family Line. A search of the Lynn Case book on that John Page may provide a hit, but there are several Benjamin Pages involved. Fortunately most of them refer to a spouse and/or location. IF you have a living male Page relative (father, brother, uncle, or cousin) willing to be Y-DNA tested, you can probably determine your Page Family Line to help narrow your search within New England and contribute greatly to your family history. Thank you for your reply to my inquiry regarding Benjamin Page. I have the Case/Sanderson book, and have studied it quite thoroughly. So far each lead has taken me to a dead end, but, as they say, tomorrow is another day. So far, I have not been able to find a male Page relative who is willing to have his DNA tested, but I keep trying. Eileen ----- Original Message ----- From: "George W.
