    3. Thanks, those of you who have posted such kind things to me about the new list web page! Within the next few days, I will be putting the url for it in the tagline for the list posts, and in the introduction to each digest (the tagline is the line of text that appears at the very bottom of each post to the list - it does not show up in the digest). From the website, you can now 1) check RootsWeb Resources for the surname (including the list archives and GenConnect Boards), 2) unsub and resub, 3) go to my home page for the urls you need for your research (those were put there because folks kept asking for them), and 4) send me an e-mail, if you need help. I will try to add other things as time permits. If you think of something that would be helpful to include, and is not already on either the RootsWeb Resource page or my home page, please post to me. A few questions have arisen, which I will try to answer: 1) No, you do not have to subscribe again to use the list website - if you got the post about it, you are already on the list. 2) I know that we need to submit the site to search engines, and if you know how to do that, anything can do to help will be super. We need for the search engines to find us so that more cousins will know about the list - they may have the very piece of information that will help us get past that brick wall. That is the whole reason for the website - so that cousins will have a better chance of finding us. 3) No, I can not add links to all cousins' web pages at once, but there is already an easy place for you to add your urls at the RootsWeb Resource page. There is one place near the top for you to add it if your site is at RootsWeb, and there is another place further down the page (entitled General Links and Search Engines) for you to add your url if your site is housed somewhere other than RootsWeb. Be sure to include information about the contents of your site as it relates to this surname, in the space provided, sop that we will all know to come visit you! 4) I may soon be adding a link to the list web page that will lead to the searchable archives for the list - this link is already on the Resource Page at RootsWeb, as are the links for the threaded archives and the GenConnect Boards for the surname. Any suggestions will, as always, be much appreciated!
