    3. I found this record while researching land deeds in Adams Co., OH. While I don't think it's in anyway related to my Page family, I thought I'd pass the information on. Paraphrased: Adams Co., Deed book 26, p. 477 Mann Page & Richard Jones to Charles Curtis Whereas Major William Langborne late of the county of King William and Commonwealth of Virginia for his services in the Virginia line, on continental establishments during the Revolutionary War was entitled to certain lands in the Virginia military district in the state of Ohio: And whereas he departed this life intestate leaving william Langborne his ownly lawful child and heir...... and whereas the heir departed this life sometime in the month of April 1823 in the County of King william..... leaving no children, and having first made his Last Will and Testament which was proved in the County Court of King William County, 23rd day of June, 1823........ left the land divided to his ten cousins..... Warner T., Alexander G., and William Taliferro children of Dr. William Taliaferro by his wives Mary Throgmorton and Harriet Throgmorton. Ann, Harriet, Richard and Warner Jones, children of Richard Jones, by his wife Martha Throgmorton; and Isabella, Harriet, and John Dickson, children of John Dickson by his wife Sally Throgmorton. .... These ten cousins entiled to the following six surveys inthe Virginia Military District, state of Ohio. 12566 of 1324 acres, 12567 of 500 acres, 12568 of 1000 acres, 12569 of 400 acres, 12570 of 1500 acres, 12571 of 1500 acres, making 6,224 acres of land total. Now this endenture made the 11th May 1849 between Mann Page and Ann P. his wife who was Ann P. Jones, Richard P. Jones and Warner Jones of the County of Gloucester in the State of Virginia., and Charles C. Curtis of the same county. $1200.
