The 1870 census shows Moses living with Emily/Emma in Farmington, La Crosse Co, but I cannot find any of the others that year. The son Christopher Marshall married Ella Irene TYLER in Osceola, Polk Co, WI, and I can follow his movements from there. I am interested in finding the parents: father Christopher is shown as 65 or 68 in the 1860 cs., born NY, and Sarah is 60 b. NY. I have been unable to find any trace of them before 1860 (no NY census when children shown born, no WI, not even in 1849 in Sheboygan. Is it possible, too, that Christopher Marshall is not their own son (looking at the respective ages)? Are there any descendants of Moses A? His children seem to have been: Frances C; Edwin L; Florence M and Earl Shepherd PAGE. (The above is a message I had posted on the message board in 2000.
