Seems the book by Charles Nash Page is sold in a few places online but I didn't see any place to purchase the book by Lynn M. Case and Page Sanderson after doing a few searches tonight. Steve, Y-DNA has proved that as a Descendant of Thomas Page of Walpole, MA, you do not share a common male Page with those in the line of John Page of Haverhill, MA, within about 10,000 years. You do share a common male ancestor with the John Page who m. Phoebe Payne and immigrated to Boston in 1630. I am NOT saying that your Thomas Page was descended from John and Phoebe (Payne) Page; only that you share a common male Page ancestor with them.
