AMEN! Neither are messages sent out under someone's E-mail address by hackers who have hacked the account at the ISP are NOT spam! There have been several instances of this from various ISPs: AOL, MSN, YAHOO, etc. The "used holder" of the E-mail address being used has no control, or knowledge, that their account has been hacked unless informed by a message recipient. When so informed, they need to contact their ISP and change their password, which solves the problem.
