Hi to the List . . . I am helping a gentleman with his PAGE research and I asked George which ancestor he would like to have come to Thanksgiving Dinner and what would he ask him or her. He said that he would like more info on who Daniel H. PAGE's parents were. Daniel was b. 7 Jul 1853 in North Carolina and d. 6 Feb 1923 in Craighead county, AR. He would like to know what the H. stood for. Daniel had two wives. The first wife was Elizabeth Frances Ragan b. abt 1850 in Hardeman county, TN and d. between 1880 - 1884 in the next county over - McNairy county, TN. To this union were born 3 children: W. Jesse, Mary Frances and Alma B. PAGE. Daniel's second wife was Nancy C. (unknown) and she was b. abt 1854 in TN. She d. 20 Apr 1901 in Jonesboro, Craighead county, AR. To this union, 7 children were born: Mattie E., Walter T., Maggie M., John W., Bedford M., Luther H. and Eula F. PAGE. Daniel H. PAGE was the son of W. Jesse and Sarah (unknown) PAGE. Daniel was one of 11 children: James J., Joseph M., Chesley Everett, Isaac G., Nathaniel L., Nancy G., Arvey (?) Matilda, Laird T., John A. and Eli PAGE.
