I've logged on to PAGE rootsweb hoping for clues regarding our ancestor. Though successful with tracing many New England names, this one has stumped us. Any clues appreciated. From History of Sanbornton, NH: "Jonathan E. Morrison m. 1st Mary N. Page from Bristol ME, Nov. 5, 1843, was a mason by trade, also hotelkeeper and farmer on moving West. She d. Sept 17, 1871." He married again and moved to Onawa, IA. Mary Page was b. 1819. Anyone knowledgeable about Lincoln Co. Maine records? We hope to spend a day in Bristol in late August. Hello all, Does anyone out there have a copy of Case and Sanderson, The Family of John Page of Haverhill, Massachusetts (1978)? I made copies of the relevant pages, but neglected to copy the bibliography or abbreviation key for sources. I'm interested in finding the source referred to as "Sandwich NH Scrapbook, 19." Can anyone help identify this source, and where it might be found? Many thanks, Dave Morehouse Hopkins, MN
Looking for information on my ggggrandfather William John Page. Born ca 1802 in Suffolk, England and married in 1824 in All Saints and Saint Nicholas, South Elmham, Suffolk, England to Susan Cattermole. She was b. ca 1797. William was the son of Charles and Martha Page. I am descended through their youngest daughter Ellen Maria Victoria Page b. 1842 in Derby, Vermont. I am in the process of going through papers left to me by my gram who lived to the ripe old age of 104 and have found info about William and Susan's children.
