The 1810 Census shows a Nathaniel PAGE there (p. 512): Nathaniel PAGE 1 w.m. over 45 1 w.f. over 45 1 w.m. 26-45 1 w.f. 26-45 1 w.m. 16-26 2 w.m. under 10 "Perhaps" this w.m. 26-45 was your Joseph. Research into the Berkeley Co., VA other records might help with your Joseph.

John and sisters Harriet and Maude were orphaned and raised by their father's brother and his wife. John PAGE stowed away aboard a ship at the age of 15 and spent many years as a seaman before settling in South Africa. Thomas was born in Adams County, OH. Thomas was the eldest son of Rev.William Page and his 2nd Wife Elizabeth O'Dell, and grandson of Joseph Page Sr of Connellsville, Fayette Co., PA. Children I have for Thomas and Elizabeth were 1. Emma N Page (14 May 1848-16 Nov 1864) buried in Calvary Cem in ClermontCo 2. William R Page m. Mattie Swing 3. Ollie Page m. D.B. I feel that it is too long to post in one part on the PAGE-L and don't want to separate it into two parts. So, will those interested in this contact me personally and I'll send it in a personal message. What I found "may" help those of you working on the Albemarle (and possibly the Amherst) Co. families.     3. Dolores- I lived in Charlottesville (Albemarle County) VA for a number of years and was aware of the sizeable PAGE population still there. (What a shame I wasn't into genealogy at the age of 14!) I am now on the trail of Williamson Page and his siblings, whom I understand are from Lee County, via Charlotte Co.
