I wonder if anyone has ever seen anything regarding the wife of Joseph PAGE of Londonderry NH and Haverhill MA. For quite some time my cousin and I have been attempting locate parents and ancestors for Rhoda DAVIS.We know she had a brother James DAVIS who was present at Rhoda's 80th birthday celebration. We have noted,as you may have that several of her children have the middle name DAVIS..Hannah Davis,JamesDavis (named after her brother?)and Nancy Davis;there are two further middle names which appear to have been given from surnames Rebecca Ingersoll and Samule Newell. Werner's Syndrome, or premature old age, is a genetic condition where the afflicted suffer diseases that normally affect the elderly, appear decades older than they actually are, etc. Since it has a genetic source, it might provide a genealogy clue if it ran in certain Page lines. Hi Marian: According to Case and Sanderson's "The Family of John Page of Haverhill, Massachusetts", page 69, there was a Benjamin Page, son of Onesiphorus and Jane (Tolford) Page, who was born in Danbury NH on July 14th, 1806. The family of Onesiphorus Page lived in the towns of Danbury, Bristol and Hill in the northern part of Merrimack County NH, near the border with Grafton County. Although this is circumstantial evidence and not absolute proof, you may want to concentrate your research on this family, as it seems he is a reasonable candidate. Good luck in your research. This is my brick wall: This is all I know about my ggg grandfather and would appreciate any information anyone has. Charles Page married Mary Sinclair on March 20, 1841 and was living in Merideth Village, NH until 1854 when they moved with 5 children to Winona, MN. Four more children were born in Minnesota. Charles Page was a Quaker minister. He died in 1865 when the youngest child was 10 months old. I know 2 of the children's names: Mary born 1846 in New Hampshire and Edwin born in Minnesota. Mary Sinclair Page moved with her small children to Linn County, Iowa until August of 1876 and then Mary Sinclair Page moved with her youngest son Edwin, to Ida Grove, Iowa and then Arthur, Iowa.
