Hello Fellow Listers: I was recently given the following transcription: January 25, 1775- James McKibben, a viewer of Township roads from **McCarrel's Mill into Amberson Valley and into Path Valley. My question - Does anyone know where this McCarrel's Mill is located???? I do know that James McKibben/on lived in Lurgan Twp., Franklin Co. and died there between 24-Jan-1786 and 13-Feb-1786, when his Will was probated.
