Hi, Have recently seen a reference for a will from Franklin County PA Will Abstracts. Also, saw a reference to the same will in Chester County, Pennsylvania Wills, 1713-1825 Record. Can somebody please explain how this same will could be in two different counties. Thanks in advance. Maureen
