Glenn, if you know there are mistakes and feel that the VOLUTEERS who spent lots of time putting the database together aren't gathering information correctly, have you volunteered to help them? Mea culpa if that comes across as cranky--I woke up about 10 minutes ago and haven't had my coffee yet. :-) I just have this personal philosphy that if I'm not doing anything to help, maybe I shouldn't complain out loud about what others have at least *tried* to do. That's why I offered to submit the information I collected about my grandparents and great-grandparents--and then submitted it to Joe last night. Peace, Willie <--off to shower and start the coffee maker ;-)

    3. To All ! Bible pages should be used cautiously the same as cencus records and hear-say ! If There is a BIBLE copyrighted 1956 and it says John SMITH born 04 Aug. 1856 somebody wrote that in the BIBLE 100+ years at least after the birth of John SMITH ! I see family BIBLE pages all the time perhaps they should be recycled into Charmin or White Cloud as much good as they are to Genealogists ! Then they're the ones that show me family BIBLE pages from around 1854 looks good but sorry to say "NO good Sorry They did NOT have felt-tipped markers or ball-point pens" ! Glenn E.
