To Willie Walter and Peggy Price, I, too, have a Mann/Mann from Franklin Ço.--George Conrad Mann, b. 25 Apr 1737 in New Holland, Lancaster Co. Died about 1807 in Franklin Co. His wife Anna Maria died in 1800/1801. They were married about 1762 in York County. My branch comes from son George Conrad Jr., b 3 Mar 1763 in Hanover, York Ço., which is now Franklin Co. Supposed to be buried in Old Forge Cemetery. Was a carpenter. Died intestate in 1831. He was christened in St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Hanover. His log house and barn were sold after his death to pay debts. I see the Kneppers, Snowbergers. Conrad Jr. married Elizabeth about 1783, who died about 1850 at age 84. (Does anyone have maiden names and actual dates for these wives?) Anyway, Conrad Jr. and Elizabeth had a daughter Elizabeth b. 22 March 1789 (or 29 Feb. 1780) in Washington Twp., Franklin Co., who married Ludwick Berkheimer in 1811 and they moved to Bedford County. Ludwick was born 4 July 1776 or 1778. I don't know his death date. Elizabeth died 30 Nov 1880 by one account. He and this Elizabeth produced many Berkheimers and one (Samuel, 1820) married Anna Maria Darr and I come down from that union through a daughter Sarah Emory Berkheimer. Be glad to look at any Monn/Mann information that would fill in my missing information. Margie Bridges
