For those with roots in Waynesboro, a keyword search brought up the official program for the 1947 Sesquicentennial show. http://www.libraries.psu.edu/do/digitalbookshelf/28554627/28554627_whole.pdf#page=20 It includes a bit of history on the town, and lots of names. I had to giggle while looking through the program, when I found my aunt, Anna Spangler, listed among the "squaws." I just can't picture her portraying a squaw. :-) Although I didn't come along until a bit *after* 1947, I recognized quite a few names, of people who were later my teachers in school, church members, etc. I'll be playing around with the search function at the site for awhile, I think...
