It's a real pain in the butt not having even an index and it's too expensive at $34 for a several years search to "fish." What great information!! I plan on getting involved and making myself heard. Pennsylvania isn't the only state that makes it difficult and expensive to find vital records (New York, for example), but perhaps other states will follow suit when they see the support of others, especially from people like me who live out-of-state.
