    3. Fellow genealogists, I don't think this is a repeat and forgive me if it is, but as genealogists, we should all be on board with this. It's a real pain in the butt not having even an index and it's too expensive at $34 for a several years search to "fish." There was an article online addressing this in a Lebanon newspaper: http://www.ldnews.com/ci_11977028?source=most_emailed The website in question offers sample letters. How 'bout we all send in letters? Even out-of-towners can do this, not just those who are currently living in Pennsylvania. http://users.rcn.com/timarg/PaHR-Access Bonz

    3. What great information!! I plan on getting involved and making myself heard. Pennsylvania isn't the only state that makes it difficult and expensive to find vital records (New York, for example), but perhaps other states will follow suit when they see the support of others, especially from people like me who live out-of-state.
