Folks I am happy to say and they should be given credit for it. There is a local committee who has undertaken preservation of Kennedy Memorial Church & cemetery in Welshes Run.. I visited this cemetery about 5 years or so ago and it was in deplorable shape. Today all the trees, vines, bushes etc are gone and there is only well maintained grass. Stones have been repaired are re-set. The only regret that I have is that "gook" used to repair stones, any lettering that was left is wiped out by that stuff They should be given a pat on the back for a job well done ! Gordon Crooks
