I am trying to contact cousins who went to California from Franklin County many years ago. I have not found them on any of the free sites, but I have located some 'possibles' on whitepages.com and a couple of other people search sites. They all want money up front and promise to send information 'if they have it' Has anyone ever used any of these sites do they come through with current information such as telephone numbers and/or addresses?
