Interesting. The Beatty family in SE Franklin County, and the Moorhead family of the same general area, are shown to be best of friends in the late 1700s (per wills, executors, etc). Also, Moorheads lived quite close to Dunwoodie when they relocated to Montgomery Twp. in Franklin Twp. McClures also in the Montgomery area. I believe the Crooks also lived close to Moorheads and Beattys in Washington Twp and nearby Antrim Twp. However, I cannot get anything from the links you provided, Gordon.
