Hello Everyone! Does anyone know if Franklin County has a record of children born out of wedlock? I have heard that some PA counties have a record for children born out of wedlock. If they know the father, they sometimes made criminal charges against him and possibly the mother. I think they were called "The Bastardy and Fornication Files (or records)" If so where would I obtain a copy? Thanx! Amy
