Does anyone know how I would get a 1920 <census soundex lookup, not sure for what state. I'll explain the <circumstances a little more so you have an idea of what I'm dealing <with. My grandfather was born out of wedlock. His mother's parents <would not allow them to marry for what ever reasons. As family history <goes his father (David Dollinger, Franklin County, PA) had plans of <moving out west. He is not listed in the 1910 Census Soundex for PA. <I've been searching high and low for information on David and have <turned up very little. I have found information on his brothers who <moved to IL, but nothing on him.
