Last year I contacted Ann M. Kenne, College Archivist & Special Collections Librarian at Franklin and Marshall College concerning the German Reformed Church records for Pennsylvania. I incorrectly thought that Franklin and Marshall held those records. She was kind enough to tell me that The Evangelical and Reformed Historical Society, Lancaster Theological Seminary holds the German Reformed Church records for the state of Pennsylvania. The Seminary did not have the church records I was looking for and provided me with the addresses for the appropriate churches in the area I was looking. I then wrote directly to the churches asking for information.
