    3. I have found wills in Franklin County beginning from the formation of the county about 1780. They were abstracted in a rough form (messy typescript pages) many years ago. Copies are available at Kittochtinny Historical Society, Coyle Free Library in Chambersburg, NSDAR library in Washington DC and other places. These abstracts have also been filmed by LDS and should be available to rent at your local Family History Center. While many records were destroyed by Gen Lee and his men, it is still worth checking to see what remains. -----Original Message----- From: Curt Sanders <csanders@paonline.com> To: PAFRANKL-L@rootsweb.com <PAFRANKL-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Tuesday, September 07, 1999 9:49 PM Subject: Re: [PAFRANKL] Record of Wills > >RogerCubs@aol.com wrote: >> >> I am looking for any publication of Wills or Administration Records covering >> deaths occurring in Franklin County, PA during the 1800's. >> >> In particular, I'm searching for the Will or Adm.
