I am once again coming to the list to ask for help....my gr grandmother was b. May 24, 1879 in Franklin Co...I have been told that the courthouse won't do look ups....if this is true, would anyone be willing to do a lookup for me....she was b. May 24, 1879 / Baby Bevins and adopted by David and Sarah A. Heigley...thanks for any help...Susan
