June 11th, 1794 The fine of 10 pounds, which was imposed on John Culbertson, by the Court of General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the County of Franklin, for keeping a Tippling House, was this day remitted by the Governor. Saturday, June 28th, 1794 Upon a return made according to law by the Brigade Inspector of the County of Franklin--Commissions were issued in due form to the following Officers of the Militia of that Brigade: David McCrea, Lt of the 1st Company in the 2nd Regiment John Ross, Ensign of the 8th Company, 2nd Regiment John Caldwell, Lt of the 5th Company, 4th Regiment Henry Buzzard, Ensign of the 8th Company, 4th Regiment Joseph McCee, Lt of the 2nd Company, 5th Regiment James Barr, Ensign of the 2nd Company, 5th Regiment Monday, Dec 22, 1794 The Governor this day accepted the resignation of William Henderson, esquire, of the Office of Justice of the Peace, in and for the district of Green Castle in the County of Franklin, in consequence of his election as a member of the General Assembly. Tuesday, Jan 6, 1795 James Watson was appointed and commissioned a Justice of the Peace in the district of Green Castle, in and for the County of Franklin. Thursday, Jan 8, 1795 Andrew Snibley was appointed and commissioned a Justice of the Peace in and for the district of Antrim, in the County of Franklin.
