In 1900 according to the PA Line they had a population of 300. I don't know if it still exists or not. Here is the only listing I can find for Cleveland Provard and it is his SS# Cleveland Provard, b. 8 Mar 1886, d. Nov 1982, his residence was 17222 Fayetteville, Franklin, PA. and his SS# was 205-09-4129. I couldn't find any listing for him in any census.
