Several months ago I posted about a baby girl...this is the update.... Franklin Co., PA Baby Girl b. May 24, 1879 I had thought the surname was Bevins....I'm now told Fathers Surname: Clark Mothers Surname: Bevins (or this may have even been the surname of the foster parents) First Name: Hattie May (unsure if this was the birth name, name from foster family, or name that adopting parents gave her) Adopted by David and Sarah A. Heigley of Mechanicsburg, PA I was also told that she was not adopted as a baby, but was raised in abusive foster homes and adopted when she was a small child..... Hattie May Heigley md.
