If there is anyone on the list who meanders through old cemeteries in Franklin County, specifically Montgomery Township, I would greatly appreciate your keeping an eye out for Morrisons. There is an Andrew Morrison, will probated Feb 17, l807 where no wife is mentioned which means she died before that time. I know he was in Franklin in 1783, so it is probable that his wife is buried there. That's who I'm interested in - the name of his wife. They also had a daughter Jean who died before 1804 though she was married to someone unknown. If it helps, their children were William, John and Robert sons and Elizabeth, Sarah, Margaret, Mary, Agnes and Jean daughters. Andrew is listed initially in Peters then Montgomery; I suspect he stayed in the same place since Montgomery was formed from part of the old Peters township. Thanks Josette Maxwell Boone NC
