I have a gr gr grandfather John McDougal who claimed to have been born in PA., Mercersberg. His birthdate would have been abt 1833. Can anybody give me an address to write to or web site or anything to look into the possibility of his birth around that time? Or are there volunteers to do look ups? I am new to this list.
